Revised outcome Dear Sir/Madam With reference to the Outcome of the Board Meeting submitted by the Company on 04 August 2026 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that due to an inadvertent typographical error the name of the appointee was mentioned as Mr. Hemendraa Patell instead of Mr. Hemendra Patel. Accordingly we are enclosing herewith the Revised Outcome of the Board Meeting incorporating the aforesaid correction. There is no change in the decision of the Board or any other information/disclosure submitted earlier. The revision is limited only to the correction of the name of the appointee.
