Mr. Sharma has been relieved from his services as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from close of business hours on July 19 2026. Additionally under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)/2025-CFD_POD2/3762/2026 issued dated July 11 2023 (last updated on January 30 2026) are annexed herewith as Annexure-I.
