Take note of the Resignation of Statutory auditors (disclosure of the same already submitted to the stock exchange); 2. Recommendation of appointment of M/s S U V & Co. Chartered Accountants as statutory auditors to fill the casual vacancy You are requested to take note of the same.

We hereby submit that the delay in dissemination of the disclosure relating to the appointments under the category of Senior Management Personnel (SMP) was purely inadvertent and unintentional. The delay occurred on account of bona-fide interpretational oversight regarding the classification of the concerned appointments as SMP under Regulation 16 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015. Upon identifying the applicability of said provisions the Company promptly submitted the requisite disclosure to the Exchange. We assure you that such instances will not recur in future.
