In terms of the Companys code of conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment)Regulations 2018 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from Thursday 1st October 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited financial results for the half year ended 30th September 2026. Designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives shall not trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The details of the date of the board meeting for consideration and approval of un-audited financial results of the Company for the Half Year ended 30th September 2026 shall be intimate in due course.
