To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2026. 2. To consider and take on record the Limited Review Report by the Statutory Auditor of the Company on the Un-Audited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30 2026. 3. To fix day date and time of 20th Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year ended on 31.03.2026 and matters connected therewith. 4.
