Pursuant to Reg 30 read with Para A Part A of Schedule III of SEBI LODR 2015 Ms. Richa Singh has tendered her resignation from the post of CS and Compliance officer (KMP) of the company due to her personal reasons. She tendered her resignation vide letter dated 16th June 2026 to be effective from the closing business hours of 16th June 2026.
