AD241221005148Q dated 15/12/2021.. The said intimation was received by the company on 5th August 2026 at 01:46 p.m.

This is related to submission of copies of Newspaper publication in Financial Express- English Edition in English Language and in Financial Express- Gujarati Edition in Gujarati Language on July 17 2026 regarding notice of 3rd Annual General Meeting intimation of Cut off date and other details for e-voting in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act 2023 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014 as amended and Reg 30 of SEBI LODR.

The 3rd AGM of the Company will be held on Tuesday August 11 2026 at 3:00 pm IST through Vide Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. Pursuant to regulation 34(1) of SEBI LODR Regulations we are submitting herewith the Annual Report 2025-26 containing the Notice convening the 3rd AGM for the financial year 2025-26 which is being sent through electronic mode to the members who have registered their e-mail address with the company/depositories.
